CatchMyPain Community and Pain Diary App to manage chronic illness

Logging in entries.

I just started here a few day ago and not sure about how to navigate around well yet. If I log an entry and accidentally hit save but wasn't done, is there a way to go back and continue? All I can find is make a new entry. Thanks!

I don't think they have a way to edit it yet. I could be wrong but I haven't found it. Which program are you using to log your entries?

Hi CamilleLee and welcome to the community. There's many of us here battling many different types of chronic pain and we live all over the globe. You may find that if you post in your time zone it may be a while before people respond due to them being in a different time zone.

You can go back to edit logs if you go to the catch my pain app and use the already a member button then go into the log you want to edit and right at the bottom of the page it gives you a few options one being "edit log".
You can't edit logs in pain companion tho.
I switch between the two apps depending on what I want to do (mainly if I forget to log a day or if I've made a mistake/pressed save on the log) but mainly use pain companion because I prefer it's layout and you can add pictures to your posts.
I hope this helps a little xx

Thank you so much. I know I forgot to log yesterday so I was noting that today as well. I will check that catch my pain app out as well. I'm excited to finally keep track of everything.

And Mimikay I'm not sure what you mean by what program I'm using. I'm very new to all this app stuff and recently got a phone where I can do this. I have laptop but app stuff is all new☺

Oh I forgot to say that if you've forgotten to log you can also add a new entry then change the date to the date you want to log.
The login already a member isn't as big or as obvious as the new member button either xx

CamilleLee what Mimikay means are you using the Catch My Pain app or the Pain Companion app. They're both linked to each other so it doesn't matter which one you use but there are differences like with CMP you can edit and change your pain logs but you can't post pictures and in PC you can post pictures but you can't edit or add backdated posts and the layouts are different as well but they are pretty easy to figure out....took me about 10-15 minutes for me and that's good for me, normally takes me a lot longer then after a lot of frustration I have to ask my 14 year old son how to do it!!!

I have both on my phone so I get double the notifications (one for each app!) if someone likes or comments on a I post I've posted or commented on!!! 😂
