Long car ride...

Aug 29, 2016 11:34 PM

I have a 9 hour long car ride coming up this weekend (18 hours there and back) are there any recommendations to stay comfortable while going through a flare? We have a truck that seats 3 people so there isn't much room. What do you do to stay comfy?

Pillows. A light blanket. Frequent stretch and walk breaks.
Will you be driving or will someone else?

I have one of those horseshoe-shaped neck pillow full of poly beans to rest my head when it feels too heavy!
Get out and stretch ur legs every couple of hours... reduce stiffness as much as possible 😚
Hope u have a good trip! ⚘Take pictures of any beauty that u see x πŸ€—

LittleMilkFlower, listen to music that soothes you, bring a pillow, remember to do breathing exercises to relax you and get out for a stretch and a walk every so often.
I'm not a good passenger so I usually do ALL the driving. It seems that it keeps me focused so that I don't have time to think of my pain.
I hope your trip is a good one. Bring us with you and send as many pictures as you can so we can have fun with you!! Enjoy!!{{{Hugs}}}πŸ’•
