Hi fletch2ya, I am very sorry to hear that it seems like you have lost your data and nobody has replied to your support request. Both things should not happen and I am going to tell my team to have a look into this issue right away. Regarding the lost data: Maybe you were logged out and are using the app with a temporary account. Can you please check your profile inside you and check whether it contains your proper credentials or not? If not, try to logout and login again. All your data should be still available on our servers. So far it never happened that the data was actually lost.
