I'm sorry you're having stomach pain Talia. I have no experience with Naltexone, but many meds can cramp your stomach. I've had pharmacies place stickers on some of my pain meds to eat with or before the med is taken. Have you tried eating some crackers?

I take low dose naltrexone and haven't found any painful response however I do have nausea on a daily basis.
How long have you been on the naltrexone, and are you finding it helps?

I have no experience with LDN but I’m interest in your post and responses as it is a treatment I plan to discuss with my pain doctor at my next appointment. I’ve followed a few patients who have taken it for CRPS and their responses have been favorable.
As Flappy suggested, you may want to try to take it with crackers or a meal if possible.
I hope your stomach feels better soon. ❤️
