It states this is a great way to begin lowering your dietary intake of inflammatory food stuffs. YES foods: dairy products except Roque fort and aged cheeses, eggs, chocolate, fruits except oranges, banana, and tangerines, vegetables except cabbage, broccoli, peas, spinich, zucchini, heart of Palm eggplant and mushrooms, seafood except scallops, oysters, caviar and muscles, cereals, white and wheat bread, wine beer spirits and coffee, chicken, lamb duck and turkey in moderation. NO foods: whole grain bread, potato flour, peanuts, pistachios, pineapple juice, sauerkraut, mustard, dill, basil, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, tomato sauce.
