Nov 16, 2014 1:46 PM

Had acupuncture a few days ago and the pain seems worse now than ever, pain killers do the trick for so long then ware off, unsure what is best to do now.

The acupuncture takes a few sessions to be affective for most. But you do need to tell the Acupunchurist if you feel pain @ Needle site or else where. "Correct placement" is imperative for therapy to be effective. I usually felt a "opening of sinuses". I also tend to meditate during my treatment. "Mindfulness meditation" has also been proven for effective relief. I try everything I can that won't cause further pain to rid myself of pain and increase my quality of life.
