v214, I have sciatica as well. I also suffer from SI Joint disfunction with fractured recurring. What treatments have you had? Do you have a good chiropractor, neurologist, orthopedist, and/or any other doctors? Have you been to physical therapy or had any tests for a formal diagnosis! Were you injured or did you just start having pain? I know when pain gets bad it can cause nausea and sleeplessness, etc.
I hope that you find the support and information that you are seeking. Sending well wishes your way and welcome aboard. You're amongst good people here that are willing to offer whatever help we can and answer any questions you may have. Tell us a bit of your story and settle in. Get ready for a great ride, you'll enjoy many giggles here!! {{{Hugs}}}💕

Thank goodness. I'm looking forward. I already feel enlightened. 9 major abdominal surgeries left my muscles damaged. Implanted mesh is on FDA recall. No surgeon is willing to take the chance.

Spinal stenosis, herniated disks L4 L5 and after injections now sciatica.

I have a bulged disk which gets inflamed if I overdo things or twist wrong and then pinches my sciatic. I use physio and accupuncture to help alleviate pain and the pressure. I've never noticed it causing nausea because I often get it from other things.

Have built a tolerance to my pain meds. With new CDC guidelines Doc is afraid of any change. Been on the same amount over 9 yrs. It's just not working as well.

v214, I've been on the same meds for several years myself but am on a lot of meds. I have been on "drug holidays" and have had short changes and went back to certain meds and they are more effective for a while. I fuck around with the times I take them and the combinations I take them in to try to boost the relief. I never get enough. Just gotta keep a stiff upper lip, smile and look for the good things that happen in your day (and there are good things that happen every day no matter how bad it is... except today. LOL!!!) oh well, even I have days I can't cope.
