I'm waiting for a scan, at the moment I'm on pain killers which are not working. I'm just so fed up of the pain I can't do anything.

I agree with Deena, chiropractor helped and gave me the most relief. Also tough me strengthing exercises to keep everything in proper alignment.

Chiropractor won't touch me, so I opted for a pain specialist to do nerve blocks. It worked better than expected but for full benefits I had to do the whole spine in cycles over 2 years (cervical, thoracic, lumbar).

Chiropractors won't touch me either.... I have wires in my cervical and upper thoracic spine. Because of multiple surgeries, they cannot safely manipulate me without possibly causing me to become paralyzed. Along with multiple other issues that I'm dealing with, chiropractic I not an option for me. I hope that you can find a doctor that is reputive, is a good listener and get some much needed help. Keep us all posted.
