Pregablin (Lyrica) and Gabapentin (Neurontin) are in the same family of drugs (anticonvulsants) and shouldn't be taken together. Cymbalta (Duloxetine) is an antidepressant, and can be taken with either Pregablin and Gabapentin.

Gabapentin can cause swelling of the hands, ankles, and feet. I don't know what kind of swelling though.
