The mayo clinic is a wonderful experience. You really get the help you need. At least that was the way it was for me. And I felt like I really didn't wait for much. They scheduled things and they tended to keep to that schedule. But they have the best of doctors. I had a broken ankle that would not heal for two years and I went there and they got it to mend together. I am able to walk on it now. I am disabled but there for a while, they, not mayo, considered taking my foot. Best wishes to you.
If there is technology to do something for you, the mayo clinic will have it. They are one of the best hospitals in the country. I just looked it up, for Gastroenterology issues, the Mayo Clinic Hospital is number 1 in the country.
Akabulk, my dad went to Mayo last February for intestinal bleeding. They were able to go inside via a colonoscopy and endoscopy, completely meeting in the middle. There they found multiple AVM's, arteriovenous malformations, and repaired them. He's had no further problems since, though he bleed for 2 years on & off before his local docs admitted they couldn't help him. You'll be in my prayers that your problem will be identified and treated easily. Hugs & prayers!! 🙂💕🙏🌼
