by Anthony William? I bought it a while ago but haven't read it yet. Why don't you explain why you think its a 'must read'

Yes Dr. By Anthony William. I say its a great read because he relates mystery chronic illness to Epstein Barr Virus. Reading his book everything he talks about I have gone through, there are so many similarities that I'm convinced I had Epstein Barr virus. Since I've read his book I have bought the supplements he recommended and started juicing celery every morning. Of course my symptoms are not completely gone but I am definitely seeing improvement. For the first time in months I have had soo much energy Im not sure what to do. Its alost unreal to my energy.

I believe we can greatly reduce our pain by lowering the bulk of our inflammation. As we all know far too well that inflammation is the enemy. I personally have seen a huge difference in my daily pain when I eat clean and juice. That does not say I am without pain, but I have more good days than bad. Now can someone please stop all the crazy weather changes? Thank you for posting about this book! I am excited to read it and see what I can add to my daily juicing and diet plan.

I agree with lmb..I've been doing a cleanse and eatting more green foods. My pain has changed in the way that I noticed I'm not as puffy and the skin pain is less. I would hope for more results but instead of five bad days I only have three.

I have found really good tips on cleaning my juicer online Youtube. Examples place a plastic grocery store bag in the part where the discarded pulp goes. You can save the pulp to add to items you are baking like muffins or put the waste into your garden for compost. Also if you place the basket piece immediately into a sink of warm/hot soapy water it will be your best friend and simplify the task. Keep a stiff small brush like toothbrush size for fine cleaning of tight areas. Never let the machine set and dry that is a nightmare. Hope you find these tips helpful. :)
