Medications that work.

Jun 29, 2014 9:30 PM

I have tried many different types of medication with varying degrees of help for pain. I am unable to take anything that contains asprin or ibrufen as im allergic to these, being an asthmatic. One doctor actually gave me Naproxen and I suffered an anaphylaxic shock. Been on co-codomol, kapake, dihydrocodiene, oramorph, paracetamol, tramadol, and a couple of others that I can't think of the name. These are all for osteoarthritis, im also asthmatic, prone to many allergies including the sun and suffer with ibs... What do other people use, I would love to know as then perhaps I could find something for me to use that would take away some of this horrendous pain im suffering. Thanks for your input. X

I take Panadol Osteo (stronger than normal paracetamol tablets), mobic (anti inflammetry), and panadeine forte when necessary. and I've started taking magnesium as well
