what works for people and which do not?

I'm taking Wellbutrin for fibro pain and depression. It used to work but lately it doesn't seem to. I was prescribed paxil but I am hesitant to take it because the side effects are horrendous.

I take fentanyl patches and hydrocodone in addition to having a spinal stimulator implanted to my spinal cord. Though I have also had five spinal fusions with instrumentation from severe Scoliosis. I had both shoulders replaced and a left knee replacement. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and Degenerative Bone and Joint Disease and I am 46 years old.

I know this seems like a terrible statement , But I really did not know so many people suffer as I do, I not a lone. Now maybe we can help each other. my fibro is unbearable ! I was in denial for so long getting so many different medical diagnostic's I had begun sinking into a depression . I hurt every where how I even began describing it to doctors, or my family. They look at me like it can't that bad, they think I'm lazy or crazy?

I took the wellbutrin about 5 years ago,And it worked for a while. It even seem to simmer down some of my menopause symptoms , until the day I went shopping for grocerys and I was so not mentally not there, I brought $250 worth of veggies . I just forgot everything including how to get home, My husband had leave work and get me, I didn't even know which car was mine, I had the only dropped top in the parking lot. Not saying this happens to everyone, But it did me. now I back at the drawing board
