Medicine

First, I apologize if this questions has been asked/answered before and I just haven't seen it. I was wondering though if there is a way I can track what medicines/vitamins/supplements I take, how many I take, and when I take them? I don't take any prescription meds, but I do rely pretty heavily on over-the-counter meds, and I also take Tumeric for my joints. I also use this app on the iPad. So I wasn't sure if there was a medicine log, or if it was specific to the phone or tablet. Thanks!!

Yes, the Tumeric helps! I take one daily for my joints. It seems to keep inflammation/pain levels down. By extension, it also helps me be able to move around easier and with more flexibility.
