I've gotten a lot of great ideas from here. As far as distraction apps and things to take your mind off your pain. I've got thr coloring and yoga mind games. But on the days when the screen light is to much a d hands or wrist are to weak. Can anyone suggest auto able things or anything that I use during those times.
Audible has great audio books available to download. You could lay still, close your eyes and make your escape into fiction! If it's an active mind sort of day, choose history, science or a biography. Good luck!
