Mindfulness Meditation and breath work

This may have been covered by someone else, I 'm new here. I wondered if anyone else tries this. I have discovered that mindfulness and breath work can help with pain. It can lower ithe pain somewhat, but the most important thing I've found is that it helps me cope with it better.

I'm just beginning to look into this and there is a persistent pain clinic that I have been attending and am looking forward to that session.

I love meditation, mindfulness and breath work. I usually do it the best in the bath tub. I also try to balance my chakras along with it.
