There are some things that could possibly help with the pain but getting up first thing is hard, I tend to have my morning meds by my bed for the morning and take them a little while before I have to get up. I also try to do some stretches in bed as I'm able depending on how tired and in pain I feel, the more tired and pain I feel the slower I am at doing everything! 😴 I try to have very soft slippers but being heavy means I flatten the softness out of them quickly 😕 I hope that my meds kick in quickly to help me get up and do breakfast and the school run.....at weekends there's not a set routine so everything happens as and when!!! 😨 lol To be honest it doesn't matter if I stay in bed or get up there is pain there in one form or another so it doesn't really matter what I do.....thing is what gets at me the most is the fatigue and the fogginess 😢😴 I've never had the best memory in the first place so for it to be worse and still going downhill is hard 😢😠😨 then add the fatigue....the bone chilling can't even move one more step or even lift my finger fatigue the brick wall fatigue, is soo hard to cope with its ridiculous I've never been soo tired in my life or of my life!!!! But I look for the joys and blessings in each and every day, if I'm having a bad day I look for the blessings in each hour even if it's just how nice and warm a cup of herbal tea feels in my hands and how the aroma of the tea fills my senses with the delightful ingredients used. It's the small things in life that makes life big xx
Agreed, if you are able to take meds before actually having to be up, say if you know you have to pee every morning before the alarm goes off, take your meds then. If I don't have to be at work, I take my meds, then lay down, stretch when a rising 30-40min.makes a Huge difference!
