Welcome to our community (family), Adams. We all suffer various chronic pain issues, predominately fibromyalgia. Like you I have a huge list of medication allergies, so what few pain meds I can use I reserve for surgeries or emergencies. I do have Tramadol for severe attacks but most days I use Tylenol, Aleve, voltaren gel, ice, heat, rest & relaxation to get through most of the pain. Each of us have to find what works for us. I hope and pray you'll find your best relief method soon. I'll be praying for you. 🙏🌼

I haven't recieved a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, but it could be added to other things like CRPS, allergies, chemical sensitivities, MTHFR gene mutations, migraines, back pain, asthma, etc.
What meds are you allergic to?
Are they prescription?
I'm allergic to Tylenol which is put in a ton of other meds.
Do you take many herbs?
I have been helped by lemon balm (for nerve pain),garlic and Magnolia bark(for full body pain), ginger (for nausea), and kava root (a muscle relaxant) for spasms.

Nothing seems to help on the bad days. Laughing helps (thanks Amy Schumer!). Light and easy movies or TV. That's about it. It's been really awful this week.

I think it's this crazy weather all over! 🙏🌼

I agree with you Flappsy 100% it's a lot to do with the weather. I have always thought that the barometric pressure has, but until the last month or so I belive that heavy humidity also has some effect on us especially in the South. We have been having a lot of heavy humidity in the last couple months here in East Texas where I live. I have been having a lot of pain for the last few months. So in retrospect I believe not only waiting on a storm to get here for some relief but now I'm waiting on the humidity to let up. Lol it's a visious circle !!!

What the heck is wrong with doctors they know what pain medicines and nerve pain medicines work they try this and that just give me what works the right dose and enough refills and I can leave you alone and try to start living this is working me being a Veteran it's like pulling teeth from across the room you have no leverage
