I've been having a lot of nausea in the mornings myself. One thing I can say is the first thing I do is brush my teeth and rinse with Listerine. A fresh minty taste in my mouth helps. Then, saltine crackers, maybe a piece of toast instead. The other thing you can do is drink some ginger ale or put fresh ginger in water and then let it steep there for a bit, take the ginger out and drink the water. If your local pharmacy sells it, get some coke syrup. It's an old remedy and it works. I also keep mints with me because sucking on peppermint helps with nausea. My sis, aunt and grandma all get very nauseous, although my grandma and aunt are both don't way better than they use to. Could you be allergic to something you eat at night? I know my aunt is extremely sensitive to soy (vomiting, hives, etc). Or could a medication be wearing off? Maybe try some peppermint or ginger tea. It might help. Best of luck!
