Need advice So bad!

Oct 26, 2016 6:39 AM

My right knee has been hurting which isn't unusual but now it's hurting on the back of it and the pain is going down my leg. Wearing my knee brace makes it worse. Also last Friday I thought I may have pulled a muscle in the lower right side of my back but now the pain is more on the left side.
My knee and leg pain hurts like never before and my back hurts like never before. Ok like my back if I move it just a little the pain hits hard. Stretching it made it worse yesterday and ice on it. I was hurting so bad I took a lot of my Percocet that is meant for my pain with kidney stone. And it was not working but once I took it with a muscle relaxer I was out till the pain kicked in around 1am.
I don't know what this pain is in my knee that's shooting down my leg now. The weird thing is it feels like my knee is turning more outward too. I'm kinda scared of the pain because I do you know if you have a blood clot or not. I never ever had this pain with my knee and leg. As I'm typing right now I'm trying to find a comfortable position for it because around my calves on down is cramping pain.
Don't mean to have so much going on in this post but you guys is all I have when I need a advice and support. I would say my knee is number 1 with pain and my lower back is next. But both hurt with pains like never before. And we all know I don't have insurance so I would have to go to the ER and you know they won't do anything. I just need advice on what it might could be.
Oh I do have 3 herniated discs in my back also.

Your spine is your central nervous system. If you have subluxated discs or herniated discs, it can absolutely mess with your entire body!
I had bad knee pain after an accident and went to see a gonstead chiropractor (they adjust individual discs) and adjusting my subluxated disk cured the knee pain. It was horrible and I couldn't walk on it!

Alternate with heat and ice, see what feels better. If it's in the joint you might need to reduce swelling. The swelling could be causing the pain going down you leg as it hits nerves.

Also heat and ice your back. You might be surprised to learn that it stems from there.

If it persists and nothing you do feels better, it's better to have a bill than something go untreated that needs attention.

Hope this helps, I'm so sorry! I suffer from bad back pain and herniated discs as well.
I know it's hard, but try to relax, tight muscles just make everything worse!

Thank you Hollz, the knee problem started way before the back problem. See last Friday I think I did something to my back while getting groceries out the car. I try not to lift anything heavy but I think I pulled something in my back.
Now my knee has been hurting forever but this new pain has been going on for a couple of weeks. And I know it's not good to google medical stuff because they will have you having everything from A to Z. But my symptoms do match like maybe I have a blood clot in my leg. So if it keeps getting worse like it's doing I'm just going to go to the hospital.

Thanks for the advice ladies, my knee is very swollen at the moment and struggling to got to work, the cramps in the back of my knee are making me a little unbalanced. Any advice?

I don't google any of my stuff because I'd be going from a non issue to death's door in 90 seconds!!! I do research everything that I can about my treatments and what my doctors tell me. I also have spent hundreds of dollars on apps that are meant for medical school students and doctors/nurses (so I know it's more realistic than some shit that pops up on google).
