Need helpful ideas.. Am on bed rest because of stress need ideas

Well the stress off everything with my parents had officially gotten to me. Yesterday was my husband's and I wedding anniversary and I spent it at the hospital with symptoms of a stroke. I was t told by the doctor that I need to be stress free but it's hard when your parents are living in a car and all the family down thier don't seem to care, my sister's included, he wants me to regain from all stress, but how can one so that? For me it's impossible, but I did however go to bed and sleep till about 8am broken sleep but still sleep non the less.. Went to bed at 12 midnight, got up at 4 am because of the dog and pain and feel back asleep at 5 am and got back up at 8 am because of pain. I'm not much on relaxing when family is in need but I know if I do have a stroke or heart attack I won't be any good to them.. Anyone have any ideas on stress relievers? It would be greatly appreciated.. I'm bed ridden for the well and I hate being on bed rest so help lol! FYI...I told my husband it was anxiety.. Didn't need him to be worried or stressed. I really didn't like I did have anxiety issue yesterday but doctor said if my stress don't can down I could end up having a heart attack or stroke soon.

Animallover2, that was a great idea, been playing games on my phone and I am taking advantage of the bed rest and are matting the socks I've needed to do for a while now lol!

I play sims4 I dont know if you like that sort of thing... It helps me focus on something else. i also do coloring or art therapy and lots of netflix good shows like burn notice and scandal, greys anatomy is my current pick.

Oh lady pants please take care of you!! I understand this myself i have been told by every doc every nurse even in HOSPITAL it was calm down stop relax... My ANXIETY AND PANIC ATTACKS R WAAAAY WORSE NOW... AND MY STRESS AS WELL .... i try so damn hard some days i can keep it kool ny art takes me to a whole new world so that helps emmensly... I got to point i told myself U R MAKING URSELF ILL U NEED STOP!!! obviously its not all aituations i still have moments im about to start coming off 4 medications im not to be off shits gonnna get real hard but some way some how i gotta find a zone .... Tv movies r my other ESCAPE.... Im so sorry this going on wish i knew better way to help... Sending u hugz n love

Meditation, hypnosis, and light therapy help me usually. When they don't I sleep. Lol

Try learning something that you have no idea how to do. When I get stuck in long flares I just focus everything I have into learning to knit and it helps distract me.

Try music apps, I listen to nature scapes. Love the water and birds, they even have it to religious music. Also e oils are good to relax with. Not those sold in stores, cause they have other oils in them which give me headaches.
