Honey, I think I just learned bout what you’re hurting with....it’s the same for me except just does different things in my body (I’m a girl :) I’m in Michigan but I’m flying to Reno to see them this weekend for a 4 day run of exams...please please go try to watch their stuff and listen to their podcasts I swear to god I think it might help.....please let me know!!!
Read the book A Headache in the Pelvis by David Wise and Dr Anderson. You likely have overly tight muscles/trigger points/Myofascial pain pressing on nerves causing referred pain to penis. Go see a great chiropractor who understands. Google “myofascial pelvic pain”
