It hurts so much.

All at the same time and nothings working.
Not even the tramadol helps.

You need yo ask your doctors to bring you off those tablets if they are not working and come up with a new plan...you're taking gabapentin, lyrica etc... and they all have nasty side effects, so you're not just putting chemicals into your body for no reason.. it also means the doctors can see how your pain reacts with these drugs. Gabapentin and Lyrica both gave me tics, where my neck would twitch backwards, which gave me severe neck pain. They're anti-epilepsy drugs so really mess with the chemicals in your brain, which is why they tell you not to come off it suddenly because it can cause seizures.

I have trigeminal neuralgia which is nerve pain. I have it in all three branches of the trigeminal nerve on the left side of my face.
I have tried gabapentine, pregabline, carbamezapine and oxycarbamezapine all of which didn't work and the side affects were horrid. Some of them made me so tired I was functioning less than what I was without them! I've found that morphine mst and amitriptyline have helped and in a bad flair up, like now, I also have naproxen (with omoprazole to care for my stomach), co-codamols and I also have a lidocaine plaster which I put over my cheek to numb the area.
Have you tried some ting like a lidocaine plaster? If your nerve pain is close to the surface it may be worth a try?

@jahmac well I really need to find a new pain clinic because the doctor told me to just stop taking it and won't wean me off it. I refused to do that, thats when she decided to try them togeather

When I was admitted to hospital for the first time last year I was on pregabline, carbamezapine, co-codamols and amitriptyline. The doctors decided that as none of them seemed to be working They stopped them all dead.....no weaning off them just completely stopped them all then they sent me home that day. 3 days later I was rushed back to hospital with major stomach cramps and diarrhoea which was attributed to withdrawal from stopping all the meds!
My advice would be to wean off of them slowly especially if you're if you've been taking them for a while. Trust me when I say withdrawal is not nice at all!! 😒😨😒

If you can find a new pain doctor I would say go for it because you're one sounds like an uncaring, insensitive idiot!!!

I'll keep you in my prayers and I'm sending you {{{BIG GENTLE LOVING HUGS}}} XX
