I had nerve conduction studies done a few weeks ago to test for nerve damage in my legs, the results were good and said there was no damage but since I've had awful nerve pain every night in my lower back and legs. Today at work I started I started to get he nervous pain again, but this time it was worse and I was getting pins and needles in my feet. This is unusual for me as its only really at night and not the pins and needles! I'm so uncomfortable at the moment but don't know how help it, any advice?
When I was working I would get that along with terrible hip pain. I was lucky my employer ordered a herman miller ergonomic chair. Years later I found out i have multiple spine issues. Some times my "tingling" feels like the buzz of touching an electric fence.
I have chronic low back pain. Two years ago my toes started tingling and going numb. I have periods of pins and needles too. I have non diabetic nuropathy. They had also run nerve test that said i was fine. Hope you find answers and relief.
No, not much at all. I feel that my doctor wants exercise for every problem. Well, part of that I agree with and for the last couple of years times of PT I have kept at the back and core exercises and I bought the bike & am using it Dailey. He knows I have bad nerve pain. He gives me his guess St what to do next & I do it. I have come so far with this pain that keeps growing and wrecking my life for PT exercises. Sorry, I must have needed to say that. If this post shows up on my pain pages that I am thinking of giving the doc, Then I won't give it to him. I need real answer about this debilitating pain I am having
