Have you tried Real Time Pain Relief(Maxx) is soo great!!! If it can work on my 20+ RSD/CRPS , fibromyalgia, arthritis body and work, it can work with almost anyone. No smell. I prefer the Maxx, I've tried the regular pain relief and it just wasn't enough, but the Maxx, awesome. I've tried several other products too that are great. I hate stinky weed too. Have you tried CBD?

Do you have an EMS machine. I have feet pain that comes and goes. I have been using it on my feet to override the pain. Also have you tried Voltaren....only the extra strength though.

May I ask why you only can try things from "grandma's remedy book"? Right now, the only thing I know that works is a natural diet. Eating seeds, greens, lowering stress, light exercise(ask if you need more detail). Only know of one or two meds. that work, but other then that, this is it. It sounds like it is nothing, but changing your eating habits Really does work. I didn't want to believe it either, until I tried it and now doing it. I was feeling soo much better I slowly forgot to take all my "stuff" then all of a sudden these last couple of weeks I started not to feel good, hot again, sweats, more pain, etc... Then it hit me...... Oh!!!!! I've slowed down on my regiment. Oppsy, I guess those seeds really do work. Back on my grind again. It takes at least 3 months to take a full effect, but when you feel it you feel great!! Good Luck. Let me know if you need anything.

Try finding the book Walhs Protocol. It will walk you through changing your eating. Since I have chronic pain daily, it has reduced the levels. I take nothing but amitriptyline when one of my symptoms acts up. (PGAD) I take nothing daily. If I had not cleaned up my diet then I would have to take something. Then find a doterra rep to help you with e oils.

ChristineMSwain: You asked what seeds do I eat. I eat a variety at different times. Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts, cashews(few), etc.. They are great!!!

Essential oils for sleep and headaches I use lavendar, cedarwood and stresss away in a roller bottle and apply it to my big toe, temples, forehead and back of neck. I also have changed my eating to no low carb, gluten/grain/sugar free. Mainly eating whole foods meat, eggs and healthy fats such as olive oil, avocado, nuts, etc. My pain has decreased tremendously. Also have you heard of tumeric...curcumin is in tumeric and is a powerful natural antiinflammatory pain reliever.

Hi! I'm a Mom too. Do you have a boy/girl? Made me smile when I saw your name. Yes, I have heard of curcumin, turmeric. Right now, trying bed pollen, and didn't want to mix anything with it. When I try out things, I really try it out, nothing in my system. It takes several months, even years for me to say to everyone this Really works. Some people say one thing works, but it is mix in with something else and that something else is making it work.
They are on my list. Glad things are working great for you!! All those healthy fats, foods, etc.. is working. I try to tell people. If it works for me, with all this pain, it can work for almost anyone. Take care. 😊
