Hi! I just discovered this app and I’m trying to be better at tracking my pain. I’m open to all suggestions and advice. I am definitely technologically challenged lol
A little about my situation...I was diagnosed with CRPS in March 2015 after a simple meniscus repair. I went into remission at 3 months with an aesthetic lumbar nerve block. In October 2018 I was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident. Same knee, tore everything in it & suffered a tibia plateau fracture, shattered the end of my fibula, cracked ribs and fractured thumb. I was non weighbaring until after Christmas.
I’ve been on gabapentin since I got into the trauma room. Oxycodone did nothing for me. Flexeral does little for my muscle spasms. CBD gummies does help me sleep for a couple of hours. I received my first medicated lumbar Sympathetic Block this afternoon. The block hasn’t done much but increase my pain at this time. 😢
