Hi littlelola. I was diagnosed with fibro in January of this year but been struggling with pain since 2008. What meds seem to work for you?

Hi californiagail64. Thats nice. Maybe we can chat? Do you have fibro too?

I have had fibro for around 5 years and to be honest I haven't found much that helps at all! I find heat helps and magnesium in the bath but I have recently been given morphine for my very severe days 💕

Ive just been given Duloxetine and been told to try it for couple of months. My dr or pain management wont give me morphine, they say im too young. Ive tried most pain killers without joy.

Welcome bernieh. I have fibro and other things. Like littlelola not much works. I take cymbalta, gabapentin, dilocafen (sp) , Tylenol, and when things get bad muscle relaxers and tramadol or morphine. I also do chiropractic, acupuncture, and massages. It all helps some but nothing takes it all away. Weather and barometric changes really affect me. Rain, wind, humidity, snow all seem to bother. Of course all the docs want us to exercise but that makes it worse for me. Soaking in the tub feels good along with heat and ice.
