Hey guys so ive just happened to come across this app and thought i could do with some help. I have currently already been diagnosed with coeliac disease, IBS, acid reflux, anxiety, panic attacks, endometriosis and joint hypermobility syndrome and recently been diagnosed with Raynaud’s phenomenon. Ive always had problems with my joints since i was 8 and my knees are always swollen but just recently i went for a walk and after that i was in agony for two weeks my stomach was on fire for abit i lost weight and my joints were aching i felt light headed and went i breathed deeply it hurt. My stomach has settled down abit now but ive noticed that down my shins are swollen now aswell as my knees and im still feeling exhausted could this just be from all my conditions or could it possibly be something else? I also cant bend my two little toes on left foot and was wondering if that was anything to do with JHS?? Im 21 female from uk.

Welcome to the community Scottishlass21! I'm sorry to hear all you're going through, especially at such a young age (I'm 57+). I have multiple autoimmune issues (AI) and I learned from others here & my doctor that once you have one you can get others. You needed to be under a rheumatologist. Like you I have the ibs, reflux, anxiety, as well as fibromyalgia, Sjogrens, hypothyroidism & suspected Raynaud's. My long list is too much to type. Anyway, having a good doctor who listens and cares & is open minded is very important to feeling your best.
Many old posted have great suggestions, so look at as many as you think can help. Be open minded and willing to try different treatment suggestions, including dietary & supplements, because we are all different and not everything works for everyone. Hugs love & prayers you find what works best for you & gain the support you need to cope better! 🙂❤🙏🌼

Thank you for the reply and i wish i could get seen by a rheumatologist again but when i asked my doctor to be referred to see a specialist again she simply said i hadnt had my symptoms long enough as they have just gotten worse suddenly on the 4th February since then i havnt been right at all so i was maybe thinking rheumatoid arthritis or lupus possibly hope i can get to the bottom of it ❤️

I hope your doctor has encouraged dropping gluten from your lifestyle. Even white sugars , ie sugar, corn syrups etc. These cause many belly issues and increases pain.

I already have coeliac disease so i cant eat gluten anyways and cant eat most stuff anyways

After my hubby was diagnosed with diabetes in December, I started cutting back on my own sugar intake & carbs & breads. Although I don't have a gluten issue, when I eat an increased amount of breads or sugars my IBS-C goes into extreme mode, causing me so much abdominal discomfort. And my inflammation markers in my bloodwork have improved. I had cut back sugary sweets last year but not completely. Now my sugar comes from eating fresh fruits only, and following my hubby's diabetic diet, we both count our carbs & sugar intake.

I sometimes wonder if the way our food is grown, having been modified to be disease resistant or bigger & better, has it lost its actual healthy benefits to our bodies, causing more sickness than ever? I'm 57 and there are more diseases out there than ever in my lifetime. I remember when our foods consisted of meats and only fresh garden vegetables that our families put up to last through until the next years crops came in. In my 20-30's I was canning & freezing foods to feed our family. I had to stop in my 40's due to my disabling issues that prevent me from lifting the canner and cooking pots.

Ok this political garbage really annoys me.

U are a complex case. Your multitude of diagnoses warrant referral without typical wait time
