CatchMyPain Community and Pain Diary App to manage chronic illness

I've been in constant pain since about 2002. Been on pain meds that long too. I've had a neck fusion, knee replacement and many other surgeries. It keeps getting worse, they keep giving more meds, and I get very little relief. I wear a Rena unit all day, every day. I'm sad, I'm tired and on a 8-9 on the pain scale everyday. I want to give up. I often think about just taking too many meds. But I wouldn't do that to my family. I'm hoping someone on here has a magic idea or suggestion to help.

MSYaYa, I am in the same boat.. don't give up. You will feel worse and better and worse and better. You need to focus on this life being your journey and the pain doesn't define you. Hang with the community, remember to breathe and find the gifts in every day (your family, seeing the sunrise or sunset, hearing the birds sing or seeing beautiful flowers or making someone smile. You've got this, I've had over 30 surgeries and I don't know how many I'll have to endure this year but somehow I'll manage. You will too. I wish you well and sending positive vibes, gentle {{{Hugs}}} and good karma your way.🤗💕

I know the hot tub would help, but I live in a small town and short of buying one there aren't any public ones. It's over an hour to the nearest one.
