My name is Nicole, I am 36 married with 2 children and one fur baby. All my problems started at 30. I woke up one day doubled over in pain, couldn't eat I lived on boost for two years dropped down to 100lbs. Lots of tests....diseased gallbladder, bile reflux, GERD, and IBSc. Get that sorted diagnosed with skin cancer at 32 found lump in breast at 34 (family history) not cancer thank goodness, mammograms every year now. Fibromyalgia 35 unidentified arthritis at 36 as well as herniated disc had spine surgery a year ago, still off been told I am legally disabled....but sadly not ready to give up I still have so much more life to live. Needless to say my thirties are frustrating.

Welcome Painkillerssuck! You've been through a lot. I hope you can use the support and compassion, along with knowledge and suggestions that everyone has to offer.

I've been on here over a year and appreciate everyone. I've been through a lot, especially since 2010. I came to terms last year that I'm disabled and will never return to work, not without a miracle. I depend on my faith, family, team of doctors, and especially will the wonderful people here, who truly understand, for strength. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers. 🙏🌼

Painkillerssuck, I am so sorry to hear of your pain. I have been suffering chronic pain for 22 years and had to stop working at the age of 37. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, DDD, DJD, TMJ, CRPS/RSD, scoliosis, cervical spondalytic myelopathy, SI joint disfunction With fractures, thoracic degeneration, hypothyroidism, GERD, migraines, among other things that I can't think of right now through the fog. You don't have to "give up" but learn what you can and can't tolerate and when to do things you like or need to do and when you need to rest. It's a procedure but you will figure it out. I am glad that you have found this wonderful community. There are many people here and even though we may have different issues, we all suffer with pain. You will find only support and compassion here, no judgements. We are but a keystroke away and there will be someone to chat with. I wish you the best and will keep you in my prayers. 🙏🏻🌻
