Hey guys I'm new to this but hoping it will help me a bit. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and a prolapsed disk and I'm going through a really difficult time pain wise lately. I have also had a stress headache for about a week that just won't go away. I seen this app and thought I would give it a try. x

Hello, I can relate as my pain is flaring up too. I have fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, tendinitis in seeral places, tennis elbows, carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, metetaralgia...Migraines...I think thats it - at least that is what's getting me lately. I really like this app - it helps a lot - easy to color the little person with pain intensity colors - I hope you find some relief soon. I will be praying for you!

It is a great tool. I can review it to see where I have been hurting more, and show my doctor.
It also helped me remember when my headaches from the methane leak started so I could tell my attorneys!
Welcome! Please know that we are here to help you and support you. We're pretty much all together in the pain boat, rowing towards relief!

Welcome to our pain community family SpiritualGirl, GodsGotThis, & PrincessChaos. You'll find a lot of support, advice, ideas, and even camaraderie among us. We may differ in many ways but we all share chronic pain, and we understand each other better than some of our families or even our doctors. When I found this app I was in a very depressed state, suffering from Cymbalta withdrawal. I love the support here, and the new friends I've met. Even though it seems my list of diagnoses problems never stops growing, Good sees me through and I believe led me to this community. I had no idea there were others who lived through and could understand chronic pain. I hope you find the support you needed here as well. Hugs, love, & prayers! 🙂💕🙏🌼

Thank you for the warm welcome - I will write sporadically when I am able & as my fingers/wrists will allow as I get massive pain in my hands& wrists. However, I do enjoy reading when I am able to hold the phone without too much pain.
