Hello! I just joined this because i was looking for an app to track my medication. About a year and a half ago I started having severe abdominal pain. Along with that I felt sore all over my body. I suffer from frequent migraines, and I have PCOS, and endometriosis. Over the last year and a half I have had every abdominal test known in the medical world. They were all fine. I keep getting told they have no idea what to do. More recently I have started having intense pain all over often. I can't take it anymore. There have been days I sit on the couch and cry. I am a mother of three and work Part time but there are days even that is impossible. I just need someone who understands.

Welcome! I'm sorry you're going through so much but you've come to the right place. Our community is filled with wonderful people. We don't judge, we just offer support, suggestions, a shoulder, e-hugs, and occasionally a laugh or two. We all share chronic pain, and that's why we're so compassionate with each other.

I'm 53 and worked until 2010. Due to surgery and interrelated issues I'm no one's able to work. I have fibro, sjogrens, hypothyroidism, migraines, and pelvic floor dysfunction, just to name a few. All but the migraines jumped on board since my surgery. I use various coping methods besides meds; faith, music, relaxation, playing games or doing puzzle, and reading or watching TV. Unfortunately my attention span has changed and I'm easily distracted. I oppose you find as much support as I have. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers! 🙏🌼

Overthepain. Welcome to our family community. I am sorry you are going through such horrible pain. I know that I went several years with no diagnosis when the pain was not yet constant. It was horrid. I had blood work, physical therapy, MRI's, CT Scans, etc.. All coming back as "Normal". Well it has now been 22 years and 28 surgeries and everything that goes with it. I also have spent many a day crying on the couch and feeling like I can no longer carry on. This community has been a Godsend to me and the folks here are so wonderful, I have made many strong bonds. I have been diagnoses with Fibromyalgia, Degenerative joint disease, degenerative disc disease, Long Thoracic Nerve Palsy, Hypothyroidism, GERD, Cervical Spondalytic Myelopathy, Spinal Spondylosis, several herniated discs, Lordosis, Scoliosis, SI Joint Disfunction with Fractures, Cervical Laminotomies from C1-C5, CRPS\RSD and several other autoimmune issues that I can't remember at the moment. I understand exactly how you are feeling and I want you to know that you are never alone. There is always someone here to chat with when you need someone. It doesn't matter your mood, if you want to rant, vent, cry, chat, ask questions, etc... There are no judgements here. I hope that you can find some comfort being here with us. I wish you all the very best, I will keep you in my prayers. I hope you have a peaceful night's sleep and wake to a wonderful and light pain Sunday.

Hi overthepain, I am new also. For 4 years I was in excruciating pain in my back and abdomen. They finally did surgery and discovered I had a Mega colon, which pushed on my other organs. They removed 5 ft yes 5 ft of my colon. That was 4 years ago. Fibro undiagnosed for a very long time. They don't want to give me pain pills, fibro is definitely debilitating.
