Hi all, I'm new to this app and am enjoying it so far. Here's my question: is it better to list separate entries for affected areas throughout the day or edit it as the day progresses to see all of the colored spots on the body?
Banana, first of all welcome. I find it easier for me to just document it in the evening primarily because my pain is in one spot and doesn't move. But that's just me. Other people might have different ideas.
Banana40, welcome to our community family. I am glad to hear that you are enjoying the app so far and i hope that you find the information and support that you are looking for. No matter your mood or situation, you never have to worry about saying what's on your mind and venting, asking questions or just chatting. There are no judgements here. This community has been an absolute Godsend to me and I have formed some strong bonds with several of these wonderful folks. We may not all have the same diagnosis, but we all share the common ground of horrible, chronic pain. As for using the app to chronical your pain, I usually just chart my pain once a day because for the most part, it is in the same places but will vary during the day and night and with weather patterns. If I tried to do it any other way, I would have so many charts, I wouldn't even be able to keep up with my own stuff... LOL!!!
