Nov 29, 2017 4:32 PM

Hi all. My name is Daylynn. I was diagnosed this week. I’ve struggled for about a decade from chronic pain, but just thought it was from having babies. What a relief to find out that this pain is not normal! Newest symptom is cold sweats while sleeping, does anyone elsw have this issue? If so what do you do to help with it? Thank you in advance!

Thank you, I’m 31. My main concern right now is these cold sweats I’ve been having at night, it’s beyond annoying lol. The pain is something I’ve unfortunately grown use to. Some days are worse than others but it’s been so long that I have grown accustomed to them. But these night sweats are new and driving me crazy. I’ve also been experiencing memory issues and have for years.

1: Get your Blood Tested.
See if your D and B-12 is low
2: Seeds: Eating almonds, pumpkin seeds, kale, for magnesium
more nuts, and greens the better(ask if you want detail list)
3: Cool Pillow/ and 500+ sheets
4: Cool Shower
5: Really Soft PJ's(100% cotton)
6: Window open and Fan ( even in winter- most times)
7: Nerve Pill (if needed)
8: Just know as a women you will more and likely have this till you hit menopause, ughh.....

So, far this is what I have come up with and it has worked. It worked great, until I stopped some. So you have to do all of them for it to work. It does work. Had the best summer for the first time ever. Had soo much fun I forgot to do somethings and it came back a little. So, I'm starting back again everyday. Good Luck and let me know how this go for you.
