Can anyone tell me if they have ever experienced the inability to walk with fibro but still have feeling in lower limbs? I woke today to find that I simply cannot walk. My legs will just not move

Yes, that happen to me one time. It lasted about 45 minutes. My legs, feet all went numb at once. I felt hot and cold, was a little dizzy as well. I call the on call doctor once everything passed. They seem to think I was doing better. Took my info, told me if it happen again to come into the office. I'm to hear that you are dealing with thia

Yes..I have that a few times a week. It varies from full numbness to just partial. It is scary but I'd u give it time it will correct itself

Its such a scary feeling. Docs are putting it down to trapped sciatic nerve aswel as fibro symtoms

Hi there. Yes but not in the way you do. Yesterday my pain levels went through the roof. I could barely put any weight on my left side at all. The pain levels (I think) have been caused by repeated infections. The back pain the doc is putting down to the strain from coughing so much. Can't say for the hip and leg (knee, foot, ankle etc), but I shall be resting, a lot!!
I'd suggest keeping track of any unusual episodes that you wouldn't expect. Show those notes to your GP and see what they say.

who has had an event of paralysis for a term greater than three days should see a specialist in neurology could not be fibromyalgia.
