So have had a great week last week in terms of sleeping through the night. Have only been woken up once or twice by muscle spasms during the night.And when they do happen, very mild and I can go back to sleep. Knock on wood, I hope it stays that way. Also, this is a secondary goal, but I'm also having less effects from my IC as well. BONUS!!!!!!!! I'm greatful that I actually listened to my body and went to the gyn when there was a problem. YAY!!!!!
