Numb and weird

Jul 20, 2015 7:38 AM

I believe that I might have rhynauds, my fingers go numb extremely easily when cold as well as my toes. They turn white then purple then red. This occurs everyday all though winter and I live in Australia where it is not very cold.

When I have a shower my skin normally gets red blotches from the heat but only on my left. The other day I had a normal showed but when I got out as well as my red blotches, my left foot was fully bright red, and my toes were purple. They weren't numb but had very bad circulation. When I pushed it, it took longer then normal to from white back to how it was. This purple colour went away afterwards.

This has never really happened before. I was wondering if anyone has any advice, tips, suggestions or has had similar things. Thanks x

I most likely do have rhynauds . Maybe get some tests done to confirm. I'm not that familiar w/it, but maybe there are treatments to help. I had a co-worker who had it and she just constantly covered up and kept herself warm. Good luck Zam!

This is always my thought when I hear about discoloration and circulation issues. ...Look into Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. You might not have it, but it has similar symptoms.

Oh, if it's available, try to get horny goat weed extract. The name sounds weird, but the horny part is just because it increases circulation. God luck!
