Went to one of the rheumatologist I have been swing yesterday. He starts off with all the test I have had done come back ok, so he doesn't really know where to go from here. He then ask me if the other doctors have said it is fibro and I said yes. He put in my paperwork "probably you have fibromyalgia". So he told me if I didn't want to come back there I didn't have to. So we left it at if I feel I need to go back I'll call for an appointment. He had nothing else to offer, so doubt I ever go back. On a side note anyone have any idea what doctor I would see to try and figure out if I have chronic fatigue syndrome. Cause what the doctors are doing for treating fibro isn't even helping a little with my fatigue issues?
Unfortunately I have found most doctors to be useless with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. I'm getting more help from my naturopath than I have ever gotten from a doctor. Unfortunately healthcare doesn't cover a naturopath (at least here in Alberta Canada) and some insurances don't either, and if they do it is limited. Personally I'm in a position where I am willing and able to pay for someone to actually listen to me and try to treat my symptoms rather than trying to hide them with drugs.
