Has anyone else had oral thrush from gabapentin?

Oh please tell me that's not so?!?! I'm to start Gabapentin after the next 2 hr neurological exam next week. I already have issues with thrush from my asthma meds.

Hey Flap, don't panic, I have a friend who was on that for a knee replacement and it didn't bother her at all

None here ! And on it a long time too

I've had it nearly a month, and tiny red bumps, and barely any voice. I know its from the asthma meds mostly. But I'm not getting over it. None of my docs have been helpful. I'm seeing a new asthma doc Wednesday.

Never had that happen. Took Lyrica and gabapentin separately for a very longtime. I recently had to stop because it actually was causing my body to jerk. Really sucks when you can barely sleep at best and just when you finally drift off your whole body jerks awake shaking the bed and scaring your significant other. My doctor said he has a couple of patients with the same issue. Problem is that is the only medication that helps nerve pain. Urghhhhh. It sucks when you feel like your body has turned against you.

If never had it before now and only started it last week so I was wondering if it was from that
