It's thundering outside, I have a migraine and nothing to take for it:(

Try a warm moist cloth over the eyes while laying down in a dark room. Put on some relaxing music and breathe in & out, deeply & slowly. As you exhale imagine the pain leaving your body little by little with each breath. Hugs & prayers you feel better soon! 🙂💕🙏🌼
