Deep slow breathing. Soothing relaxing bath with candles of looks light only (nightlight). Listening to gentle relaxing music. I like nature sounds, waves, rain, nights sounds in the woods like crickets. I'm having a lapse right now, foggy, but others hopefully can add to it. 🙏🌼
