I've had this pain for about 2 months now. It's in the lower half of my back towards the right of my body. When this occurs I also have a pain in my knee on the same side.
It seems to flair up when I'm walking (doesn't have to be far)
The pain tends to feel like a pull or a rip which then makes my leg feel as though it's numb. It got that bad when I was on holiday I just sat and cried.
Has anyone else had this same type of pain and could you shed a light into what it might be??

It could be your sciatica. My son has a bad sciatica and has pain in his lower back and down his leg. His foot even gets numb. Have u had an MRI on it? That might show more.

I've never experienced that type of pain, Frustrated is right it might be worth getting an MRI. I will be thinking of you 💕

It sounds very much like sciatica as Frustrated said, have you been to your Dr?

Thank you so much for your responses. I'm going to the doctors next week so hopefully they can shed light onto what it is. I'll keep you all posted :)
