Pain at work

Jun 25, 2017 10:51 PM

So I'm 16 and recently had hup surgery, cause I did something stupid and torn two things in my hip.
But anyways does anyone have any ideas on how to keep the pain down while I am at work? I work at Jimmy Johns so I am always standing.
Thanks for the helpβ˜ΊπŸ‘

I fell on my telbone being an athlete on the concrete and destroyed my hip. Stretch a lot and also even though ibuprofen seems like it doesn't help trust me in the long run you will be thankful. Take it as often as you can when at work but do not go overboard it will slowly kick in and take affect and your hip and while body will thank you at the end of the day. Also they have some jelly type icepacks that come in a sleeve with a band that allows you to strap it to yourself and move freely (also these can be microwaved if desired) stay hydrated I know this didn't help directly but I will help blood circulation to the hurting area and provide some relief. Also staying hydrated provides more energy as well as eating healthy. Also do some research on essential oils those can be so so so helpful. I have a while lot of things that you can do if you like message me and I can provide more things for you to try or ask your doc about. Other than that hang in there and keep pushing through it you got this ;)
