I found it easier to understand my pain when I coloured the figure using several colours on top of each other ie starred with lowest pain then add the next colour where it hurts a little more etc. Sometimes u might only need one colour. I use the note section to track anything different that may be a pain trigger or that seems to be helping. I track weather, diet changes and exercise. I also note if I have had to take any breakthrough/rescue medication and how much on really bad days.
