HELP! I Amin constant pain and right now I can't go to pain management because of no insurance. The most my Rhuematologist prescribe is tramadol because she say the addictions to narcotics. But it seem tramadol has withdrawl systems and also so cymbalta so I don't understand why I can't get something stronger. I have Sjögren's syndrome and fibromyalgia. I have been suffering for 2 years where I have bad anxiety on how bad I am going to hurt that day. I need help on how I can get stronger pain meds that will help me.
This isnt the best way, but I had to keep going to the emergency room for pain. You may want to find a new Dr. Im having a hard time with pain management, so if you go to pain management make sure you get a good one. The have totally ruined my pain regime that I have done for 3 years.
I completely understand! I finally have my pain "managed". On my meds - & there's ALOT of them, my good days I am still in pain about a level 7-8! And currently I am in a bad flare so with meds I'm at a hard 9! .... Have you applied for Medicaid? Or gone to healthcare.gov? They insure everyone with or without a job. You can get coverage even without a job I think. I don't know if you are working or not... 💗
Not here in this southern state of North Carolina. Because my daughter is adopted and not blood related I am considered a single person. Therefore you still have to be disabled to get Medicaid. I have done all the appeals and hearings. So now I have my disability hearing March 1. As for health.gov I would need to be working for a discounted rate. What people don't know is each state could decide how they were going to do Obama care and NC basically did the minimum which you can get insurance at a discounted rate if your employer didn't offer insurance.
