Pain only on right side

Dec 04, 2014 10:40 PM

My pain seem to be only on the right side of my body, right ear, neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, and foot. All areas I have injured in the past. Does anyone else only have fibro pain on one side of the body

That may not be Fibro pain.. Since the pain follows areas you suffered injury, you could be dealing with RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy). Check with your doctor and see. I have it and when it spreads, it's to somewhere I've had surgery. Good luck.

Thanks. I have not heard of RSD. Do you have lesions? I do not. The pain did start decades ago after I broke my arm and dislocated my shoulder. But my MRI is normal.

I have no lesions, just aggregious pain. My MRI's were always normal as well. Speak to a neurologist about it and get checked out. Good luck.

My pain started on the left side/shoulder, neck and back. It was like that for may be a year. The Dr thought it was bursitis. Eventually it spread to the right side of my body and has intensified in pain. I was diagnosed by 2/different Dr's with fibromyalgia. I never was involved in any accident or injury either. Hope your pain goes away!!
