Pain releif

Aug 10, 2014 3:37 PM

I have had unexplainable excruciating back and hip pain for a long time now, I have had endless scans etc but found no cause. Tried so many different pain killers and none of which seem to help. I am now thinking about trying accupunture or going to a chiropractor or something similar.. any opinions on what to try along those lines or if either of those help?

I found acupuncture very effective for referred pain following a laminectomy. Good luck!

I have had acupuncture and it helped some of the time. Iam glad I did it. I have also had reflexology, similar to acupuncture but no needles just pressure applied to the areas needed. Iam also a Reflexologist and have found it helps alot of my clients.with Reflexology you can also learn to apply pressure yourself for pain. The areas used are feet and hands, sometimes ears. I teach my clients to use marbles, beads, round smooth rocks, and similar items on the bottom of their feet in correct areas foe relief. You may want to look for a reflexologist in your area
