As beautiful as that picture is I'd rather not have the cold and snow to match.....here in the south of England that would set panic off and everything comes to a standstill!!!! Plus did I mention it's soooooo cold??? Lol I do love your beautiful picture, I would love that senery.....if it wasn't soooooo cold!!!
I'm actually a little freaked out by the fact that we have no snow yet. It's December. Usually it has snowed and melted before Halloween and then snow and stays early November. Not a couple very small dustings that don't stick around.
Br13 that's a beautiful picture as well, so contrasting with the beautiful ice covered trees. Now that's somewhere I'd like to visit for a holiday, I'd sit on the beach to watch and listen to the tide coming in and going out for hours. Listening to the sea I've found is very soothing
Gotobef do you normally get a lot of snow at this time of year? I do have to admit that looking at your beautiful senery is very soothing as well, I do love the peacefulness and quiet of the snow but hate how cold it is xx
We should have a foot or so of snow on the ground by now. We did get another dusting today, not enough to shovel it. Going to have to sweep it, I'd rather shovel. It's maybe a millimeter on the ground now. I find that if it's really cold it doesn't show much. It seems to snow the most when it's warmer than -10 Celsius but below freezing, which should have been November, instead we had a week of +20. I'm hoping that January and February are not too brutal, but I'm sure we'll get the cold eventually. Just hoping it's not-30 or -40 for several weeks.
