CatchMyPain Community and Pain Diary App to manage chronic illness

Printing for MD

Oct 03, 2015 11:29 PM

My doctor found the information I was able to provide from this app useful. He asked me to provide a print out, not just of the pain entries, but a few of the reports, which he found most useful. Said seeing it plotted over time is the best feature., as it shows the effect of different meds and/or treatments in a way they can easily be compared. Y
So is there a way to print reports? I only found the ability to email the daily entries.
The only other thing I can think of is switching to Excel and creating my own pain log.

Can you email the report to yourself, and then print the email? That seems like the easiest way to go.

I believe there is a feature within the app to print it out. I'll have to investigate it further. Unless I was hallucinating, I am pretty sure it was there. If not, email it to yourself and print it that way.

Thanks, but it appears that you can only email the daily entries and not any of the reports.

I'm thinking you have to email it, but I'm likely having fibro fog! That's wonderful your doc is supportive. Mine scoffed at it. 🙏🌼

Why can't you log in from your PC and print screen?

I tried printing from my email and every other page was an ad and could not get it to fit page. Gave up that idea, and I am pretty printer friendly, I do lots with them and different marketing material.

To print out a report I have only seen that features on catch my pain this app. Is I believe a companion to that app.

@zetarlov: please report your details/settings to feedback@catchmypain.com so we can better take care of it. Did you choose the paper format on the export-page?

@momflyer: there is CatchMyPain which is a fully fledged pain diary and PainCompanion which focus on the community-features. The community-content is the same for both.
