CatchMyPain Community and Pain Diary App to manage chronic illness

Q: Too pained to for diary entries...

Jan 03, 2017 11:37 AM

Can a diary entry be backdated or timestamped to the previous day or two? Am I missing something really simple? Trouble is, there were several days where I was two incapacitated to hold my phone or think about making journal entries. But this is the most crucial information for me to show my doctor.

What I ended up doing was making several for the same day and just writing in the notes field that they were for the previous days however that really screws up the excellent graph function I hoped to use to show her the cycle and variation with regaed to testing out options for new medication protocols. ThxAll!

With catch my pain you can edit and backdate, with pain companion you cannot

I have both apps....pain companion is my preferred choice but I also have catch my pain as well for this very reason. Catch my pain you need to find the already a member to login....sometimes it's not so obvious when you first go to the main app. There are some features that you might want to purchase if you want to the some of ghe features like the stress feature but it's only about a £1-£2 if you want to add it.
I hope you're having more good days with less pain xx

I also have both apps but use pain companion more. If I have a few bad days where I can't hold the ph or am incapacitated it stays blank and mydr knows that I was too bad to enter anything 🌼🤗
